Shipping Methods and Rates

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $50 before tax and after discounts to the continental USA. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday). All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with standard shipping.

We also offer expedited shipping methods at additional costs. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”. Please note that we only offer Expedited shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the shipping tracking information so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.

Where does ZVYK ship to?

We currently ship to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery time when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you will be charged at checkout.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any lost package is the responsibility of USPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to USPS. ZVYK is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries. If a package is marked as “Delivered”, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. In addition, if a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped, ZVYK assumes no responsibility.

International Orders

We are not able to ship internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return policy

Return

We have a 14-day return policy. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide mailing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. You will be responsible for your paying shipping costs when returning your item, and we will refund the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. The credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to process is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Report a Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue. We will do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
